Rose for a summer evening

Sparkling or Mediterranean, brut or organic, these pastel-colored nectars will brighten up a season of rediscovered lightness.
Champagne Veuve Fourny, Vinothèque rosé MV14
The owners claim to be artisan winegrowers. And this is not marketing because the Fourny family is firmly rooted in the vineyard. Each plot is scrutinized with constant attention. They harvest only when the grapes are fully ripe to give body to the wine. MV14 means that the 2014 harvest is highlighted, well accompanied by reserve wines (from other harvests). It is a gourmet and joyful wine. It makes one feel better during this period when life seems to be being revived. Citrus notes provide energy. The wine is smooth on the palate. It is fully balanced.
